Joe was on mid-day and a pleasure to work with. He was young, energetic and a bit naive.  Coming to Washington, DC from Connecticut, Joe was a rock 'n roller and knew every Top 40 catch phrase...he was only about 21 years old. He also hosted The Bong Show which was a take off of TV's Gong Show. It was held weekly above The Italian Garden in College Park, MD. To say that 'young' Joe has come a long way is an understatement.
