Lee came to DC from Philadelphia and was brought down to create The Great 98. He was PD at WFIL and also worked at WQAM, KIIS, WMAQ and KHJ. Lee was just the right pick to to start WRC as a Top 40 station. His name became a synonymous in connection with modern radio. He also produced the original PAMS jingle package for The Great 98.
